Your data system in TQINET’s data center is monitored for health and performance every 30 seconds. Automated alerts contact back-up and disaster recovery Administrators if a recordable event occurs. Acting on your behalf, a CSR will take appropriate measures to troubleshoot, care for and protect your data, ensuring it’s integrity and reliability.
