Drupal Graphic Design Job Opening |
Position Opening: Graphic Designer – (Must have Drupal Experience)
Description: The HTML/Graphic designer will be working mostly with CSS, Photoshop, Corel Draw and Corel PhotoPaint, HTML and PHP all within a Drupal framework. The successful candidate must enjoy working in an environment of rapid change and be willing to embrace new technologies and challenges while maintaining a positive attitude and a high degree of professionalism.
Requirements:
- 2 or more years of professional digital graphic design
- Drupal 5 and 6 experience is a must, Drupal 7 experience is a plus
- Experience creating custom Drupal themes
- Ability to hand code DHTML and CSS
- Proficiency in the following: HTML, XHTML, DHTML JavaScript, CSS, XML
- Familiar With: ActionScript, PHP, JavaScript,
- Superior skills using Flash, Dreamweaver, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Corel Draw and Corel PhotoPaint
- The candidate should be comfortable working around complex PHP code.
- Produce and manage all required image assets (Create and modify website design, layout, buttons, icons, forms, placement of graphics)
- Familiarity with dynamic content especially in Drupal CMS
- Solid design and production skills for cross browser platforms
- Capable of creating user friendly/aesthetically pleasing websites
- Produce a final design which he / she will convert into HTML / CSS / JavaScript in a Drupal framework
